This approach aims to reduce user frustration, increase site engagement, and reinforce the brand’s creative identity. By making the error page more dynamic and enjoyable, it encourages users to explore other areas of the website, thereby minimizing the negative impact of encountering a 404 error and keeping visitors engaged with the site.
