The AI Meeting & Follow-Up Assistant is an end-to-end workspace automation agent built for Track 2 of the Swytchcode Hackathon. It streamlines the entire meeting lifecycle by connecting Google Calendar, Zoom, Notion, and Gmail into a unified, intelligent workflow powered by FastAPI and Swytchcode APIs.
### 💡 Why We Built It
Managing meetings manually involves tedious context-switching: creating calendar invites, drafting pre-meeting agendas, taking call notes, logging action items in task management databases, and drafting follow-up emails. We built this agent to eliminate this operational friction, turning multi-step meeting logistics into automated, single-click operations.
### 🛠️ Key Features & How It Helps
1. Pre-Meeting Automation: Schedules Google Calendar invites and generates structured Notion agendas simultaneously.
2. Live Transcript Intelligence: Ingests Zoom meeting transcripts to extract executive summaries and actionable task items.
3. Automated Action Item Sync: Automatically parses and logs assigned tasks into Notion databases.
4. Multi-Channel Follow-Up Dispatch: Crafts and dispatches personalized follow-up emails to meeting attendees via Gmail.
5. Live Terminal Drawer: Features an embedded execution drawer displaying real-time Swytchcode API JSON payloads for transparent auditing.
