MeetFlow AI — Project Overview
MeetFlow AI is an AI-powered meeting execution assistant that transforms meetings from simple conversations into structured, trackable actions. Instead of stopping at transcription or meeting notes, MeetFlow automates the entire meeting lifecycle—from planning and agenda creation to post-meeting analysis, task assignment, knowledge management, and follow-up communication.
Users can schedule a meeting through Google Calendar, while the AI understands the meeting purpose and generates a relevant agenda. After the meeting, the assistant analyzes the Zoom transcript to automatically extract the key summary, decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups. The resulting knowledge can then be organized in Notion, while personalized follow-up emails can be generated and sent through Gmail or Resend.
At the core of MeetFlow AI is an AI workflow agent that doesn't merely answer questions—it understands context, determines the next required action, coordinates across connected services, and helps complete the workflow.
