Executive AI is an AI-powered productivity assistant designed to help executives prioritize information and make faster decisions. It integrates Gmail through Swytchcode and uses Google Gemini to retrieve, analyze, and summarize email information into concise, actionable executive briefings.
The project is built with Python, FastAPI, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Google Gemini, Gmail API, and Swytchcode, with a modular architecture designed to extend to calendar, tasks, notes, and additional productivity tools.
Current capabilities include Gmail message retrieval, email parsing, latest-email extraction, and AI-generated executive briefings with priority emails, action items, calendar conflicts, and recommendations.
