JanMitra AI is an AI-powered citizen grievance assistant designed to bridge the language gap between citizens and government grievance systems.

In India, many citizens face difficulties while reporting public issues because they are unsure about the correct department, complaint format, or official submission process. Language barriers further make grievance filing challenging for non-English speakers.

JanMitra AI allows users to describe their problems in Hindi or English using natural language. The AI then asks follow-up questions to collect missing information, identifies the most relevant government department, and generates a professional complaint letter ready for submission.
