JanMitra AI is a futuristic AI governance platform designed to modernize public grievance handling for smart cities and government departments.
Inspired by the Uttar Pradesh Jansunwai ecosystem, the platform uses AI-powered complaint intelligence to automatically classify citizen complaints, assign departments, detect urgency, generate multilingual updates, and provide real-time administrative analytics.
