We are back with even more to unpack. Let’s dive in!
Staying Ahead of the Curve
Google Antigravity: The Agent-First IDE Is Here
Google Antigravity isn’t just a smarter editor, it’s a complete development platform that changes how we code. Instead of just suggesting code, Antigravity allows AI agents to independently plan, write, test, and verify software tasks.
It has two modes:
Editor View: a familiar AI-powered IDE (similar to VS Code with autocomplete and an AI helper) for hands-on work.
Manager View: a dashboard where you can create, manage, and monitor multiple agents working across the editor, terminal, and even the browser, all at the same time.
Agents produce artifacts, task lists, implementation plans, code comparisons, screenshots, or browser recordings ,allowing you to review and verify what changed and why, rather than sifting through confusing tool logs.
With support for several AI models, including Gemini 3 Pro, and availability now in free public preview for Windows, macOS, and Linux, Antigravity aims to make the concept of “IDE as mission control and AI agents as junior developers” a reality.
Did you Know?
The first computer “bug” was literally a bug a moth found stuck in the Harvard Mark II computer in 1947. Engineers taped it into the logbook and wrote that they had “debugged” the system! 🐛💻
Eyes on DevFest 2025
There you go — the DevFest 2025 Theme is ANNOUNCED! This year, we’re taking you from Zero Mile → Nagpur Next, highlighting how ideas turn into action, code becomes interaction, and dreams move toward real destinations.
But that’s not all! Along with the main track, we have got some exciting experiences lined up:
Build Zone – Buildathon
A space where 50 participants will come together to build exciting projects, explore new technologies, and collaborate on ideas. We’re planning a 3–4 hour build sprint featuring things like vibe coding, Firebase experiments, AI-focused tasks, and a structured problem statement to work on. < Details will be out this week on social handles>
Oh, and if you haven’t registered yet, now’s the perfect time! Early Bird passes are gone, but Regular Passes and a limited number of VIP Passes are still available. Grab yours before they run out!
Stay tuned, stay excited, stay In:Sync, and keep an eye on our socials for more amazing updates.
