Flagship Hackathon by the Artificial Intelligence Student Forum (AISF) – VIT Pune

VIT CODE VERSE brings together students passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation. The event provides a collaborative platform where participants can transform bold ideas into impactful solutions for real-world challenges.

⚠️ Important: Without payment confirmation, your registration will not be approved. Emails will be sent at 12 PM and 6 PM daily regarding your approval status.

🏆 Hackathon Rounds

Round 1: Online Screening (19th September)

Participants submit:
- Video Pitch Link (explaining the idea/solution)
- PPT Link (problem statement, approach, and solution outline)
These submissions will be used to shortlist teams for the next round.
📩 Detailed instructions and submission links will be emailed after registration approval.

Round 2: Online Pitch with Jury (20th September)

Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will receive an email with the meet link and schedule to join the session.
Each team will present their idea to the online jury in 5–7 minutes.
Teams will get feedback and have the chance to clarify doubts before the offline round.
📩 Joining instructions and details will be shared via email.

Round 3: Offline Hackathon – On-Campus (24–25th September)

The best teams from Round 2 will be shortlisted to participate in the 24-hour coding sprint on campus.
Deliverables include:
- Final Project Links / Build Files (submitted via form)

Tracks

Track 1 - DIATDRDO

The DIAT-DRDO Track challenges participants to develop cutting-edge, intelligent solutions for critical defense and security applications. Participants will tackle real-world problems faced by the Indian Navy and security agencies, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, and threat detection.

Track 2 - Dentsu India Pvt Ltd

The Dentsu India Pvt Ltd Track focuses on automating and streamlining digital advertising workflows, campaign reporting, and financial reconciliation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and real-time decision-making. Participants will work on solving challenges that impact marketing operations, finance, and creative teams.
