Snehil Pandey is the Head of Solutions Architecture, ASEAN & GCR DNB EE | Senior Manager, Field Engineering, Databricks As a Field Engineering Manager and former Senior Solutions Architect, Snehil leads a dynamic team of solutions architects, mentoring emerging talent and helping enterprises across ASEAN unlock the full value of their data and AI investments. She specializes in crafting industry-tailored strategies spanning banking and finance, retail, and telecommunications — a perspective shaped by working with global leaders including J.P. Morgan Chase and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Shelvia Hotama is a Senior Solutions Engineer, Confluent Shelvia is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Confluent, where she serves as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them design scalable systems using Confluent's platform and modern data technologies. She began her career as a Software Engineer before transitioning into Solutions Architecture, bringing a builder's mindset to technical solution design and customer engagement. She's passionate about sharing ideas, learning from others, and having honest conversations about the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of technology.
Ameeta Roy leads the Solution Architecture and Adoption teams for Red Hat Asia Pacific, helping bring open-source technologies to enterprise clients and partners. With extensive experience in client-facing technology roles, she has led technology teams at IBM India & South Asia and Solution Consulting teams for SaaS Cloud Applications at Oracle. Throughout her career, Ameeta has helped architect, design, build, and troubleshoot software systems and remains passionate about the possibilities created by an ever-evolving technology landscape.
