Event Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs the refund and cancellation of tickets sold on Commudle for events being organized by different communities & people managing them. At any place 'ticket seller' corresponds to Community Organizers who are organizing the event through their community.

  • The price, taxes, discounts, refunds and cancellations of event tickets are decided and controlled by Ticket Sellers.
  • Cancellation or Refund amounts and policy can differ for different events & communities. These are decided and controlled by the Ticket Sellers, not by Commudle. Please read the refund policy of respective event/community before making a purchase. If the refund policy is not displayed by the Ticket Sellers, please contact them for the same.
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, Commudle is not liable to make any refunds and also not liable for any loss caused due to this. It is the sole responsibility of the Ticket Sellers. Please contact them directly to get a solution of your queries.
  • Commudle is not responsible for any refunds on ticket purchases, the event organizer / ticket seller / merchant manages it independently from their accounts at their discretion.
  • In case of a technical glitch if the amount is deducted and tickets don't get purchased, Commudle will revert the amount in 14 working days. However if the amount doesn't reach Commudle's account then the buyer's bank will need to be contacted.
  • In case of multiple people trying to purchase the same ticket simultaneously, the system will function on a first come first serve basis.
  • The refund of payment gateway charges are subject to the payment gateways' refund policies, please refer to Razorpay's documentation and Stripe's documentation.
  • The application (if) fee charged by Commudle is non-refundable.

Commudle is not responsible for any payments collected beyond our website (www.commudle.com) by organizers of any community for any activity listed on Commudle.

Under any circumstances, Commudle is not responsible for any issues arising on the physical organization of any events where Commudle's features do not serve any purpose.

Community / Organization Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Commudle owns the right to cancel/withdraw your account in case of any malicious activity which harms the integrity of our applications or causes inconvenience to other users.
  • Commudle does not refund the amount for any unused part of time for your subscription, however you’ll be able to use all paid features until the end of the paid period, unless your account or access is deactivated.
  • If you have subscribed to an Organization which has multiple communities, the access of all the admins and organizers is restricted at the end of the billing period. However, none of your communities or data is deleted as it also holds the progress and activity of your members who showcase it on their profiles.
  • For customized subscription plans purchased, if an agreement is signed between you and Commudle, the overlapping conditions in it override the conditions in this document.
