This project focuses on conducting an in-depth business and data-driven analysis of Hero MotoCorp, India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, to understand the underlying reasons behind its market share decline and strategic underperformance in the Electric Vehicle (EV) and premium motorcycle segments. The project integrates both qualitative and quantitative research methods, blending data analytics, industry insights, and business strategy frameworks to derive meaningful conclusions.

Learned key concepts of Supply Chain Management, OEM operations, and supplier rating models. Collaborated on building a client pitch deck and delivered two analytical assignments on 20 tyre companies’ supplier ratings. Developed strong presentation, analytical, and research skills through mentor guidance from IITM and CII.

Designed engaging graphics, marketing visuals, and social media content for brands. Gained hands-on experience in visual communication, branding, and digital marketing. Enhanced creativity and design strategy by working on diverse client projects.
